It arrives little protected so it is possible that it arrives damaged. In my case, the box hit but the product was fine.
Bear in mind that to use you must have a mobile charger. Comes with usb without charger
It does not work only with water, you have to mix makeup remover and a few drops of argan oil will help. Perfect for thin brushes for eye use. With large cane brushes for blush or base makeup you should use the grinder without closing and hold the brushes with your hand.
Regarding drying: it works for brushes that are not very dense as those suitable for eyes but better for thick ones to use a dryer, it is much more effective.

Great disappointment!
Uncomfortable, you have to hold the lid. Do not fit most brushes, only fine-handled ones. Regular clean.
I wouldn't buy it again and advise not to buy it. Better to use a mat for cleaning brushes and brushes
